Open to all levels.  Classes are performed in the sand using your own body weight as resistance to lose weight, gain strength, and build and tone muscle while performing a variety of core and agility drills, sprints, and plyometrics.  Class formats change continually to prevent boredom and overuse injuries.

All classes are challenging and will push your limits mentally and physically.  There are always modifications shown throughout class and small recovery breaks are encouraged, if needed.  The key is to keep coming! 

Classes are approximately an hour in length, including warm-up and stretching

$10 Out-of-town guest drop-in
$50 Unlimited month of classes, 2 month minimum commitment.  Payment is due on the 1st of each month, or optional pre-pay both months in advanced, $100.

DivaX Camps
Pre-registration required and open to a specific fitness level, as promoted.  Each camp is performed in the sand, offering a challenging approach for beginners and fitness gurus alike.  You will perform a variety of core and agility drills, sprints, plyometrics, and use of various fitness equipment specifically pertaining to the camp offered.  By participating in a DivaX Camp you also receive daily food logs, fitness testing before and after with optional photos, and a nutritional class with food demos.
Camps run for 4 weeks in length and meet 2 times a week.  While participating in a DivaX Camp, you may also participate in any of the open classes (fees applied) to increase your weekly workout regime.

Orientation and Fitness Testing
• The orientation and fitness testing is held prior to the first day of camp.  Here you will meet the instructor, Lori,
get acquainted with your fellow Divas, and answer any last questions you may have. 
• The fitness test performed before and after the 4 week program is to track your progress and optional photos can be
taken for you to visually see the changes your body has undergone at the completion of the program.
• You will be assessed on the number of push-ups you can perform in one minute, the number of sit-ups in one minute, and
then a timed run on the beach.  You will perform the same drills at the end of the 4 weeks.  

Please bring a towel and water to the orientation and fitness test day.

Beginners Only DivaX Camp
Starting from the sand up... this DivaX Camp is designed to strengthen your core and enable you to move through life with more ease and less injury.  This camp is for those just starting out or wan to get active again.  Great for new moms wanting to lose the extra baby weight gained during pregnancy.  Using the resistance of your own body weight you will perform a variety of exercises and drills in the sand to gain the muscle, strength, and confidence to take your workouts to the next level
