| Open to all levels. Classes are performed in the sand using your own body weight as resistance to lose weight, gain strength, and build and tone muscle while performing a variety of core and agility drills, sprints, and plyometrics. Class formats change continually to prevent boredom and overuse injuries.
All classes are challenging and will push your limits mentally and physically. There are always modifications shown throughout class and small recovery breaks are encouraged, if needed. The key is to keep coming! Cost |

| DivaX Camps Pre-registration required and open to a specific fitness level, as promoted. Each camp is performed in the sand, offering a challenging approach for beginners and fitness gurus alike. You will perform a variety of core and agility drills, sprints, plyometrics, and use of various fitness equipment specifically pertaining to the camp offered. By participating in a DivaX Camp you also receive daily food logs, fitness testing before and after with optional photos, and a nutritional class with food demos. Camps run for 4 weeks in length and meet 2 times a week. While participating in a DivaX Camp, you may also participate in any of the open classes (fees applied) to increase your weekly workout regime.
